In 2016, I — Brooke Beals — became the third owner, continuing the tradition of keeping Magnolias approachable, affordable, and full of personality.

As a one‑woman show, I handle everything from curating collections to packing orders, always with the goal of making fashion feel friendly and accessible. After years in youth development, I wanted to create a space where style wasn’t about status — it was about self‑expression. Magnolias is that space: a boutique where everyone can find something they love without feeling out of place or overspending.
